This Privacy Policy describes how Aevr (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use Airdraft Cloud (“the Service”).

• Billing information — payment details processed by our payment provider (we do not store card numbers).
• Content — entries, media, and schema you create through the Service.

• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the dashboard.
• Log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies — used for authentication and preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Process payments and send billing receipts.
• Send product updates and important notices (you may opt out of marketing emails).

• GitHub — the GitHub App integration requires access to the repositories you connect. We only read and write content within the scope you authorise.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Your content (entries, media, schema) is committed to your own GitHub repository. Deleting your Airdraft account does not delete that content from GitHub.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit and encrypted storage at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Data portability.
